1. Refund Eligibility
At Mavix Marketing, we stand behind our services. Refunds are available for services that have not been initiated or completed according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
2. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed based on the following timeline:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services or circumstances are non-refundable:
- Services already initiated or partially completed
- Consulting hours already rendered
- Custom content already delivered
- Work completed per client specifications and approval
- Services cancelled due to client-initiated termination
- Retainer packages with ongoing work in progress
4. Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, we will calculate a partial refund based on the remaining unstarted deliverables. Partial refunds will be deducted by the cost of work already completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact our support team with your request and invoice number
- Provide a detailed explanation for the refund request
- Submit any relevant documentation or evidence
- Allow 2-3 business days for our team to review your request
6. Refund Status
Our team will review your refund request and notify you of the decision within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation with the approved refund amount and expected processing time.
7. Service Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits that can be applied towards future work with Mavix Marketing. Credits do not expire and can be transferred to other services within our portfolio.
8. Performance Guarantees
While we work diligently to achieve marketing goals, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or traffic increases. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to achieve projected results unless services were not performed according to the agreed-upon scope.
9. Special Circumstances
In cases of service failure, unexpected circumstances, or client dissatisfaction, we may work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include partial refunds, service extensions, or additional work at no charge.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a refund decision, please contact our management team. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and in accordance with our service agreements.
