Before you read

The questions these stories are here to answer.

Could this work on a problem like mine?

The stories cover being invisible on Google, ads that bought clicks and no enquiries, a lead form full of the wrong people, and a list nobody trusted. Pick the one closest to yours.

What does the work actually involve?

Each story sets out the changes made on the account in the order they happened, from tracking and page rebuilds to offers, ad sets and sending domains.

What changed for the business, not just the dashboard?

Where the record supports it, the story follows the figure through to revenue, enquiries or bookings. Where it does not, it says so rather than guessing.

Are these real accounts?

Yes. Every headline figure is legible in the screenshot beside it, exported from the client’s own Search Console, GA4, ads account or sending platform, with the period stated.

Why are some businesses not named?

Three clients agreed to be named. The other twenty are not named, so they are described by what they sell and what the numbers show. Eight of those carry a chart that Mavix has marked up with shaded bands, and each of those pages says so.

What would this look like for my business?

It starts with a free written review of your site or accounts, which is the same first step every story on this page began with.

Arjun Malhotra Director, Malhotra Packaging

I have been in business long enough to know that every agency has a presentation about why they are different. That part doesn't interest me. What mattered to us was whether they understood our market and whether they would actually do the work after the meeting was over. So far, they've been practical, responsive and consistent. We discuss priorities, the team works on them, and we review what was done. I prefer that kind of relationship.

Camila Torres Founder, Casa Bonita Events

I am probably not the easiest person to build a landing page for because I change my mind constantly. First I wanted it minimal. Then more colour. Then less colour. Then I hated the headline. Then I wanted the old headline back. 😂 What I liked was that the team didn't get irritated or disappear every time I asked for another round of changes. We kept working through it until it finally felt like us.

My son said we needed SEO. I said fine, but I didn't want to hear about it every week. Mavix sorted the important stuff and kept it simple.
