Return and refund policy

Why this page is short
Mavix Marketing sells services, not physical products. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. This page exists for the digital goods we do supply, and to state that position plainly rather than leaving you to guess.
Free downloads
Templates, checklists, audits and benchmark reports offered without charge cost you nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a download does not arrive or does not open, email hello@mavixmarketing.com and we will send it again.
Paid digital goods
Where we sell a digital product outright, such as a report or a template pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Email hello@mavixmarketing.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 14 business days by the original payment method.
We do not ask you to delete the file first and we do not ask why. If a product was not what you expected, that is our description at fault rather than your judgement.
Services
Retainers, campaign management and consulting are covered by the refund policy, including the performance guarantee.
Physical goods
We do not sell or ship physical products. If you have received something physical claiming to be from us, it did not come from us. Please tell us at hello@mavixmarketing.com.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction. Where local law gives you a longer cancellation window or a stronger remedy than this page describes, the law applies.
