What you may do without asking
- Quote us. Take a passage, credit Mavix Marketing, and link to the page you took it from. No permission needed and no email required.
- Cite our figures. Any benchmark or account figure published here may be cited with attribution and a link. Please carry the method and the caveats with the number, because a figure quoted without its conditions misleads your readers.
- Use the calculators. Use them as often as you like, for your own business or a client's. You do not owe us anything for it.
- Print or save a page for your own reference.
What you may not do
- Republish substantial portions of a page as your own content.
- Copy the site design, structure or code for a competing agency website.
- Feed our content into a tool that spins or rewrites it and publish the output.
- Use our name, logo or the Mavix mark in a way that implies partnership or endorsement.
- Remove attribution from anything you were given permission to use.
Work produced for clients
Content, campaigns, tracking setups and assets we build for a client belong to that client once paid for, as set out in their service agreement. We do not retain rights over your website copy, your ad account or your data, and you keep all of it if the engagement ends.
We retain the right to describe the work in anonymised terms unless the agreement says otherwise, and we never name a client publicly without written permission.
Third party material
Where this site shows a screenshot from Google Search Console, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager, the interface belongs to those companies. The data shown is from accounts we manage and is published with the client's agreement, anonymised.
Poppins and Playfair Display are used under the SIL Open Font License. Client and partner logos remain the property of their owners.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@mavixmarketing.com with the material in question, where it appears on our site, proof of your ownership, and how to reach you. We investigate and remove genuine infringements quickly, and we would rather hear from you directly than from a takedown service.
The same applies in reverse. If you find our content republished elsewhere without attribution, we would be glad to know.
