Pricing for email

Email pricing that starts with the flows that pay first.

Three sizes of engagement, from the automated flows that recover money already spent to the full lifecycle programme. Every size carries the same written guarantee: open rates above 50% and click-through of 15% to 30%. Each size shows where its price starts, and yours is quoted after a free review of your list.

What you get

Three sizes. Most accounts belong in the middle.

Each size shows where its price starts. The review decides which one fits, and your price is quoted against it in writing.

The automated emails that recover money already spent

Flows

From $750 a month

A business with a list it never mails, or a store with no abandoned cart flow, that wants the highest-return automations built and running.

  • Sender authentication so the emails land
  • Enquiry follow-up and welcome flows built and tested
  • Abandoned cart or abandoned quote flow
  • Post-purchase and win-back flows
  • Revenue by flow reported monthly
For Flows, after the free review.

Large lists, several brands, or a CRM in the loop

Full lifecycle

From $3,000 a month

Larger lists, multi-brand businesses and companies where email has to talk to the CRM and the sales team, with deliverability managed as a programme.

  • Everything in Lifecycle
  • CRM integration and lead scoring where it changes what gets sent
  • Deliverability programme with inbox placement monitored
  • Weekly sends where the list supports them
  • Design system for templates across brands
  • Quarterly strategy review against commercial targets
For Full lifecycle, after the free review.

In every size

  • The free review and a written baseline before you commit to anything
  • Tracking set up and verified, so a form fill or a call is counted as a lead
  • A dedicated account manager and the founder on every monthly review
  • A monthly report that opens with enquiries, not impressions
  • You own every account, every page and every file, including the day you leave
  • Month to month, with thirty days notice

What you are paying for, and what you are not.

Naming what is not included is what makes the inclusions believable.

In the fee

  • The free review of the list and the platform before you commit
  • Sender authentication, so the emails arrive
  • Flows built, written and tested inside the platform you already pay for
  • Campaigns written and sent on the Lifecycle and Full lifecycle sizes
  • A dedicated account manager and the founder on every monthly review
  • Revenue by flow and by campaign, reported monthly

Billed separately, or not sold

  • The sending platform's own subscription, which stays in your name
  • Buying or renting lists. Not sold here, and it breaks deliverability
  • CRM or order-data integrations that do not exist yet; those are scoped first
  • Website rebuilds. List growth on the site is in scope; a rebuild is a separate job

Four things decide what your account costs.

From a real account 2,631 leads at £2.68 each The best-performing ad set reached £0.77 per lead.
01

The size and state of the list

A clean list of a few thousand engaged customers is a different job from a hundred thousand addresses that have not been mailed in a year and need warming before anything else.

02

How many flows the business needs

A service business needs enquiry follow-up and a welcome. An online store needs cart, browse, post-purchase and win-back. Each flow is built, written, tested and measured, and the count sets most of the price.

03

The platform and the data behind it

A flow triggered by what somebody bought needs the order data in the platform. Where the integration does not exist yet, building it is scoped first.

04

Whether campaigns are written here or by you

Flows run on their own once built. Campaigns need writing every month, and whether that happens here or in your team is the largest variable between Flows and Lifecycle.

After you say yes

The first 30 days, in four steps.

What happens between the free review and your first monthly report, whether you are moving from another agency, an in-house team, or doing it yourself.

  1. 1 Before you pay

    The free review

A person looks at the list, the platform, the flows that exist and the last few sends, and writes up what the list is not being asked to do and what the missing flows are worth.

  2. 2 Days 1 to 7

    Authentication and the baseline

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so the emails land, the list cleaned, and the current revenue from email recorded as the starting number.

  3. 3 Days 8 to 21

    The first flows

The highest-return flows built first, written and tested on real behaviour, then switched on one at a time so each can be measured on its own.

  4. 4 Days 22 to 30

    First sends, first report

The first campaign goes out to the cleaned list, and the first monthly report shows opens, clicks and revenue by flow from your own platform.

After day 30. From month two the campaign calendar runs, segmentation deepens as the data arrives, and the flows are tuned against what the first month showed. The monthly review with the founder continues throughout.

Who works on your account

  • A dedicated account manager, your one named contact week to week.
  • Specialists per channel, from a team of 30 across search, paid ads and email.
  • The founder on every monthly review, reading the report with you.
  • Certified on the platforms the work runs on, shown on every page of this site.

Is email marketing the right service for you?

It is, if these three are true.

  • You have a list, or customers whose addresses you hold, that is mailed rarely or never
  • Repeat business or follow-up matters to you, so an email is worth something
  • You can give access to the sending platform and the order data behind it

Not sure? The free review says so plainly, and points at the service that fits instead.

The other option

Doing it in-house, against having it done here.

Every row is a difference in how the two are set up, not a claim about results. Some businesses are right to hire. This is how to tell.

Factor In-house Mavix
Team One or two hires covering everything A dedicated account manager, specialists per channel, the founder on every monthly review
Expertise Depends on who you can hire and keep Search, paid ads and email run as one team, on accounts across many industries
Cost structure Salary, benefits and tools, whether or not results arrive A monthly fee against a written target, or per qualified lead on paid ads
Hiring Weeks to months to recruit, plus the risk of a wrong hire None. The free review comes first, and work starts once access is granted
Training Yours to fund and keep current as the platforms change Included. Certified on the platforms the work runs on
Tools Licences bought and learned by you The research, tracking and reporting tools are part of the engagement
Strategy Set by whoever is available Written into a scope after the review, with a target attached
Execution Limited by one person's hours Changes logged weekly, implemented directly where you give access
Reporting Whatever the platform exports A monthly report that opens with enquiries, not impressions
Account management You manage the person One named contact, and the founder in the monthly review
Scaling up or down Another hire, or a redundancy A scope change between sizes, month to month with thirty days notice
Ownership Yours Yours. Every account, page and file, including the day you leave

Reviews

What clients say, in their own words.

4.9 out of 5 from 22 published reviews

Arjun Malhotra Director, Malhotra Packaging

I have been in business long enough to know that every agency has a presentation about why they are different. That part doesn't interest me. What mattered to us was whether they understood our market and whether they would actually do the work after the meeting was over. So far, they've been practical, responsive and consistent. We discuss priorities, the team works on them, and we review what was done. I prefer that kind of relationship.

Trustpilot review
Camila Torres Founder, Casa Bonita Events

I am probably not the easiest person to build a landing page for because I change my mind constantly. First I wanted it minimal. Then more colour. Then less colour. Then I hated the headline. Then I wanted the old headline back. 😂 What I liked was that the team didn't get irritated or disappear every time I asked for another round of changes. We kept working through it until it finally felt like us.

My son said we needed SEO. I said fine, but I didn't want to hear about it every week. Mavix sorted the important stuff and kept it simple.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before paying for email marketing.

01 Is the price on the card what I will pay?

It is where that size starts. A small list on one platform with the core flows pays the starting price or close to it. A larger list, more flows or a CRM in the loop move it up. Your price comes after the free list review, in writing, attached to a scope you can read. There is no setup fee: the build is inside the monthly fee.

02 Which platform do you work in?

Yours. The flows are built inside the platform you already pay for, so they are yours and they keep running if you leave. If the platform cannot do what the plan needs, that is said in the review rather than discovered later.

03 How is email measured?

Revenue by flow and by campaign, from your own sending platform, with open rates treated as a symptom rather than a result. The target is agreed in writing before launch.

04 Does the 50% guarantee apply to email?

No. The guarantee is written for search engagements, where the baseline comes out of Search Console. Email is measured against revenue by flow, agreed as the target before launch, and the monthly report shows it.

05 Is there a minimum term?

Month to month, with thirty days notice. The flows need six weeks to build and a month of sends to judge, and that is advice rather than a clause.

06 What is guaranteed on email?

Open rates above 50% and click-through between 15% and 30%, guaranteed in writing. It is measured in your own sending platform on the flows and campaigns we build and send, and it is written into the contract before you pay.

07 Is there a setup fee?

The first month carries the authentication, the list clean and the first flows, so it is heavier than the months after. Whether that appears as a higher first month or a separate setup line depends on the scope, and it is stated in the proposal either way.

08 Who writes the emails?

People, here. Flows are written once and tested on real behaviour; campaigns on the Lifecycle and Full lifecycle sizes are written every month. You approve the voice and the offers, and nothing is sent that you have not seen.

09 What happens to my list and my data?

They stay in your platform, in your account. Nothing is exported to another tool, nothing is added to any list of ours, and the flows keep running inside your account if you leave.

10 How do we move from doing it ourselves or from another agency?

The review looks at what exists first. Flows that work are kept and measured, authentication is checked before anything is sent, and the current revenue from email is recorded as the baseline so the change can be judged honestly.

11 What do I get each month?

Revenue by flow and by campaign from your own platform, opens and clicks against the guaranteed figures, the sends that went out, and a review with the founder. Your account manager is the contact in between.
