Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated 17 September 2026.
The short answer
Mavix Marketing does not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools on this site may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out at any time.
Tools that may count as sharing
- Google Ads measures conversions from our ads and can build remarketing audiences.
- Meta Pixel and server Lead events help Meta measure our ads. A Lead event holds your email, name, phone and country as one-way hashed codes, plus your IP address, browser, the page and Meta's browser IDs.
- RB2B identifies businesses that visit. For US visitors it can give us a professional's name, work email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile.
- Brevo tracker links visits to people already in our Brevo contacts.
How to opt out
- Choose "Essential only" in Cookie settings, with the button below or the link in the footer of any page. Google's tags still send cookieless measurement pings after that.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing, and it always turns advertising off.
- Email hello@mavixmarketing.com. This covers the data we hold and future enquiries from that address. An email cannot switch off tracking in your browser, so use one of the two options above for that.
Your rights as a California resident
You can ask to know what we hold about you, have it deleted or corrected, and opt out of sale or sharing. You will not be treated differently for asking.
Email hello@mavixmarketing.com. You do not need a form or a reason. We reply within 30 days (45 days where California law allows an extension, and we will tell you if we need it). An authorised agent can act for you with your signed permission, and we check identity before deleting anything.
