Which are the best dental marketing agencies in 2026? Eight compared on what you can check
Eight US dental marketing agencies compared on facts you can check: location, founding year, published prices and contract terms. Mavix is one of the eight.
No page can tell you which dental marketing agency is the best one for your practice, and this one does not try. It sets eight US agencies side by side on facts you can check yourself. Those facts are where each is based, when it started, what it sells to dentists, whether it publishes prices, and what it says about contracts.
We wrote this page and we are one of the agencies on it, so read our entry knowing that. The order is alphabetical. Nothing here ranks one agency above another. Every fact links to the page it came from, and each page was opened on 3 October 2026.
The short version
- Eight US agencies that publicly sell marketing to dental practices are listed here in alphabetical order, with no ranking and no scores.
- Three of the eight published a price on a page we opened on 3 October 2026: Delmain, Gargle and WebFX.
- Stated contract terms differ. Great Dental Websites says it has no long-term contracts, and Delmain states a six month start before month to month.
- Where an agency’s site did not state a fact, the table says “not stated”. That means we did not find it, and the agency can still tell you.
- Mavix Marketing wrote this page and is one of the eight entries. Mavix does not publish prices and quotes after a free review.
- Dental marketing touches patient information, so ask each agency how it handles tracking and HIPAA before you sign.
How were these agencies chosen, and what was checked?
We searched for US agencies that publicly offer marketing to dental practices, then opened each agency’s own website. We kept an agency only if its site opened and showed a page about dental marketing. We aimed for a mix of dental-only firms and larger general agencies.
For each one we recorded the same items: headquarters, founding year, services for dentists, published prices, contract terms, and what the site says about who owns the work. Where the agency’s site did not state the city or year, we opened its Clutch profile and say so in the table.
Some things could not be checked. We did not test any agency’s work, speak to its clients, or see a contract. We did not compare review scores, because each platform counts reviews in its own way. Four sites would not open for us (Firegang, My Social Practice, Pain-Free Dental Marketing and ProSites), so those agencies are left out. That says nothing about them.
No agency paid to be here, and none was asked or told. Prices and terms change, so confirm every figure with the agency.
How do the eight dental marketing agencies compare?
The table holds only what each source page stated on 3 October 2026. “Not stated” means the pages we opened did not say.

It builds dental websites and sells SEO, paid search, coaching and reputation services. Its home page says “GDW has never required long-term contracts” and “You control your site, your content, and your design”. We found no prices on the pages we opened.
Mavix Marketing. This is us, so weigh this entry accordingly. Mavix was founded in 2019 and has offices in Los Angeles, Dubai and New Delhi. We offer three services: SEO, paid ads and email. We are a general agency with a dental page, and we are not a dental-only firm. Paid ads are billed per qualified lead. Search work carries a written 90-day guarantee with conditions. We do not publish prices. We quote after a free review.
SmartSites. SmartSites is a general agency founded in 2011 by Alex and Michael Melen (SmartSites). Its dental page lists web design, SEO, paid ads, social media, email and SMS, and local SEO. That page says “You own everything we make”. On price it says the cost depends on your market, goals and services.

Its dental page lists SEO, local SEO, paid ads, content, email, social media, web design and video. The page gives a starting price of $3,000 a month for custom plans. Contract terms were not stated on the pages we opened.
WEO Marketly. WEO Marketly is in Beaverton, Oregon. Its home page says WEO Media and Marketly Digital are now one company, and that it has been dental only since 1999. The former Roadside Dental Marketing web address redirected to this site when we checked. It lists websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, video and reputation services. We found no prices or contract terms.
Wonderist Agency. Wonderist is a dental marketing agency in San Diego. Its Clutch profile gives 2011 as the founding year. Its site lists branding, websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, and photo and video. The pages we opened did not state prices, contract terms or account ownership.
What rules apply to dental marketing?
A dental practice handles patient information, and federal privacy rules reach into marketing. The HIPAA Privacy Rule defines marketing as a communication about a product or service that encourages the recipient to buy or use it (45 CFR 164.501). It also says a covered entity must get an authorization before using or disclosing protected health information for marketing, with listed exceptions (45 CFR 164.508).
Website tracking is the part that touches an agency’s daily work. The Office for Civil Rights at HHS issued a bulletin on online tracking technologies. In June 2024 a federal court in Texas vacated one part of it, according to a summary by the law firm Proskauer (Health Care Law Brief). The HHS page itself would not open for us, so we link the regulation text instead.
This is not legal advice. Ask each agency which tracking tools it places on your site, what patient data those tools can see, and whether it will sign a business associate agreement.

How to choose between them
Start with what you need. A practice that needs a new website has a different shortlist from one that needs more implant enquiries from Google Ads. Then put the same questions to each agency and write the answers down.
- What does it cost each month, what is the setup fee, and what is the minimum term?
- Who owns the website, the domain, the Google Ads account and the Google Business Profile if we part ways?
- Which tracking tools will you place on our site, and how do you handle HIPAA?
- How will you count a new patient enquiry, and how do you track phone calls?
- Do you work with another practice in our town?
- Can we see a real monthly report from a dental client, with the name removed?
Our 20 questions to ask an agency go further, and you should use them on us too. Google also suggests asking any SEO about their experience in your industry and what results they expect (Google Search Central).
For cost context, see what a digital marketing agency costs and how much SEO costs. If you are weighing an agency against a hire, read agency, freelancer or in-house. Our own dental pages describe dental SEO, Google Ads for dentists and local SEO for dentists.
The bottom line
A list cannot pick an agency for you. What it can do is show which facts each agency puts in public and which ones you have to ask for. Shortlist two or three, ask each the same questions, and compare the written answers. Choose on what you can verify.
Questions people ask about this
Which dental marketing agency is the best?
There is no single answer, and this page does not rank the eight. The right fit depends on your budget, your town and what you need built. Use the table to shortlist, then compare written answers.
How much does a dental marketing agency cost?
It varies by agency and scope. On 3 October 2026, Delmain listed SEO from $575 a month and Gargle listed full packages at $995 and $1,595 a month. WebFX listed custom plans from $3,000 a month. The other five did not publish prices on the pages we opened.
Is Mavix Marketing a dental-only agency?
No. Mavix is a general agency with three services, SEO, paid ads and email, and a page for dental practices. Five of the eight agencies on this page present themselves as dental marketing agencies.
Why is Mavix on its own comparison page?
Because leaving ourselves out would hide who wrote it. We wrote this page and we are one of the agencies on it. Our entry uses the same fields as the others and sits where the alphabet puts it.
Why do some rows say “not stated”?
It means the pages we opened on 3 October 2026 did not state that fact. It does not mean the agency has no answer. Ask the agency directly, and ask for the answer in writing.
Did any agency pay to be listed?
No. No agency paid, and none was asked or told about this page. Agencies whose websites would not open for us were left out, which is the only reason they are missing.
Do dental marketing agencies have to follow HIPAA?
That depends on what patient information the agency handles for you, and it is a question for your own counsel. The Privacy Rule requires an authorization before protected health information is used for marketing, with exceptions. Ask each agency how it handles this.
