A plumber, a dentist and a software company can all buy Google Ads. They do not buy it for the same reason, at the same speed, or for the same value per customer. That is why each of these 30 pages is written separately. Start with your group.

What we do, whatever the trade
The work is the same three things everywhere. What changes is which searches are worth buying, how long the follow-up runs, and what counts as a result.

Emergency work and planned work arrive through similar searches and are worth very different amounts.
Cleaning company marketing that separates commercial contracts from one-off jobs, measures cost per contract, and stops paying for work you do not want.
Marketing for electrical contractors: emergency and rewire work split, commercial enquiries reported on their own line, and the missed-call rate measured first.
Marketing for general contractors and builders: project pages with real photographs, enquiries qualified by budget, and quotes followed up to a decision.
HVAC marketing that moves budget into the peak weeks, splits breakdown from replacement, sells maintenance plans off season, and reports year on year.
Landscaping marketing that separates design and build projects from maintenance, sells the season ahead, and reports on quoted projects rather than clicks.
Pest control marketing where the search is urgent and the phone is the conversion: pest-specific pages, call tracking, recurring contracts, and seasonal spend.
Plumbing marketing built around the call: emergency and planned work split, Local Services Ads where available, and the missed-call rate measured first.
Roofing marketing built around the job value, not the click. Emergency and replacement split, quotes chased, missed calls measured, and the storm spike caught.
A patient enquiry is sensitive data, so tracking and follow-up have to be built for that first.
Dental marketing for practices that want implant and aligner patients, not only hygiene. A campaign per treatment, and remarketing kept inside the rules.
Healthcare marketing for clinics: treatment pages, campaigns inside the advertising rules, tracking that keeps health data out, and new patients counted.
Med spa marketing inside the advertising rules: a page per treatment, creative built on the practitioner rather than results imagery, measured on repeat visits.
Long decisions on a local map, where the enquiry that converts came months after the first visit.
Property management marketing aimed at owners, not tenants. Owner-intent search and ads, fee pages, and owner enquiries reported on their own line.
Real estate marketing built around seller searches the portals cannot answer: valuation, fees, the sale that fell through. Measured in valuation appointments.
Few searches, high value, and several people involved before anybody signs anything.
Marketing for accountants: service and sector pages, campaigns timed to filing deadlines, enquiries qualified by business size, cost per new client reported.
Marketing for insurance brokers: product and sector pages, campaigns inside the financial promotion rules, quotes followed up, and policies written reported.
Law firm marketing where one click costs more than a lead elsewhere. Tight matching, a campaign per practice area, intake measured in minutes, bar rules kept.
MSP marketing for tiny search volume and multi-year contracts: trigger and compliance terms, vertical specialisation, and opportunities counted, not downloads.
SaaS marketing tied to month-twelve revenue, not signups: problem and comparison searches, offline conversion import, and onboarding built to activate.
Volume, margin and repeat purchase, where the list you already own is usually the cheapest revenue.
Marketing for garages and dealers: repair pages by job, calls and bookings tracked, stock ads that stop when a car sells, and reminders that bring drivers back.
Marketing for online stores and retailers: category pages that rank, shopping campaigns priced on margin, flows that produce the second order, revenue by page.
Marketing for wellness practitioners and coaches: pages by outcome, campaigns inside platform health rules, discovery calls tracked, repeat clients reported.
Technical buyers searching for a specification, and a sales cycle measured in quarters.
Marketing for commercial printers: product and sector pages, quote requests qualified by run size, campaigns aimed at business buyers, repeat accounts reported.
Marketing for manufacturers: specification-led product pages, campaigns aimed at engineers and buyers, and quotes tracked through to orders, not clicks.
Certification, jurisdiction and copy decide whether a campaign can run at all.
CBD and hemp marketing on channels that survive a policy review: organic search, an email provider that accepts you in writing, paid media where policy allows.
Crypto marketing built around the certification that decides whether you can advertise, and the explanation content that keeps ranking after the launch.
Dispensary marketing where Google and Meta will not take your money: the map pack, a menu search engines can read, location pages, and your own email list.
Financial services marketing built around advertiser verification, the claims you cannot make, named authors, and campaigns aimed at the triggering event.
iGaming marketing built on the licences you hold: certification per jurisdiction, campaigns that follow the licence map, and organic ground affiliates ignore.
Supplement marketing built around the claim rules that decide whether ads run, and the reorder timing most brands never build for a product that runs out.
Treatment centre marketing that starts with LegitScript certification, keeps health data out of the tracking, and writes for the family member who is searching.
These categories are gated by certification, jurisdiction and ad copy rather than by budget. Start with regulated industries for what is open to you before you spend anything.

I have been in business long enough to know that every agency has a presentation about why they are different. That part doesn't interest me. What mattered to us was whether they understood our market and whether they would actually do the work after the meeting was over. So far, they've been practical, responsive and consistent. We discuss priorities, the team works on them, and we review what was done. I prefer that kind of relationship.
I am probably not the easiest person to build a landing page for because I change my mind constantly. First I wanted it minimal. Then more colour. Then less colour. Then I hated the headline. Then I wanted the old headline back. 😂 What I liked was that the team didn't get irritated or disappear every time I asked for another round of changes. We kept working through it until it finally felt like us.
My son said we needed SEO. I said fine, but I didn't want to hear about it every week. Mavix sorted the important stuff and kept it simple.
